Dr. Ayesha Lall Profile

Dr. Ayesha Lall is a double board-certified psychiatrist in General/Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Lall has over 20 years of experience in psychiatric care, clinical research, and medical education.

She previously held the position of Assistant Professor and Program Director for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Florida, where she played a vital role in training psychiatric residents and fellows. Her clinical expertise spans a broad range of areas including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, student mental health, binge eating disorder, memory and aging concerns, and obesity care. A seasoned clinical investigator, Dr. Lall has helped to advance treatments for depression, neuropsychiatric conditions and Alzheimer's disease. Her comprehensive approach includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, multiple therapy modalities, and second opinions for complex diagnostic cases.

Dr. Lall holds an honors degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida and earned her medical degree from St. George's University. She completed her residency training at the Medical College of Virginia. Though she has lived in five countries, she considers herself a Floridian by choice. She is an active member of both the American Psychiatric Association and the North Central Florida Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists.

She enjoys working with all ages and in her free time she enjoys reading, music, arts and Zumba. She has a long standing affiliation with Dr. Priti Kothari as they were co chief residents at Johns Hopkins Child and Adolescent Psychiatry together and work very well together.

Dr Lall will be focusing on our Jupiter office.
